They accidentally shorted me one item from my order and after a bit of difficulty getting through to customer service, they went above and beyond to get me the item by the next day because the installer was coming. After searching for a long time, multiple stores, I gave a chance to try these. Customer service is superior- Chris was patient answering all my questions. Took about 7 days to arrive. Beautiful, very well made, and different than any others I saw. Very reasonable cost. The fact that it's one size worked out- they are on a larger side so fits all cabinets perfectly. One handle was missing and replacement was made right away. Thank you!!!!

We are so pleased with these pulls. The distressed copper finish is exactly what we were looking for and the pulls are not flimsy, they are heavy and feel very sturdy. Our kitchen looks great and these are a big reason why.
