Love the hardware (heavy, great quality) but even more impressive was the customer service. They accidentally shorted me one item from my order and after a bit of difficulty getting through to customer service, they went above and beyond to get me the item by the next day because the installer was coming. A+!

Searched all over before finding the Grayson and it's one of my favorite parts about my new kitchen! The detail and quality make my kitchen look like a million bucks but I truly didn't have to break the bank. Customer service was amazing and no hastle from ordering online to calling for help to return overages and purchase matching knobs. Handles are large so may not fit smaller cabinets or drawers but matching knobs look great!
