My goal was to match new floor vents to some that were damaged. I made an order of some vents that were advertised as "standard stock" and then had to wait 3 weeks to get them. Very slow. Even worse, iit was really hard to tell the colors on the website, and it turns out the color I ordered didn't match my floor, so I'm back to square one. Not too easy of a company to work with.

I ordered 3 bamboo covers of what I assumed was a standard commercial size, using the size of the metal covers I was replacing. The top was exactly the same size, but the bottom was about 1/4 inch too wide to fit in the opening. Very frustrating, as now I either need to have have the vents widened or try to cut off the excess wood sticking out on the bottom of the vent cover.

All of the vent covers we ordered look beautiful in our home. They are of extremely high-quality and it makes me very happy to see them every day - such a small change that brings so much joy.

Appear to be well made. I like having the spring steel tabs that hold the vent in place. I'm hoping they can stand up well to a dining room chair leg getting put on top of it (not while sitting). I would definitely buy again!

I purchased this style and the other style of cast iron vent cover nd found this version to be better for foot traffic since it seems to bend less under pressure than the other style. I will keep both styles because not all are needed for foot traffic. I recommend these highly.

These vent covers are study and well made. Look great in our remodeled bathrooms. Worth the price.

I ordered my vent cover and it is beautiful. Unfortunately, the vent hole in my floor is only 9 1/2 inches and the cover is 4" x 10", so it will not fit. I contacted the seller and am returning it. The company was kind enough to waive the restocking fee.

The cup pulls in antique brass helped finish off the kitchen remodel. Appreciated the extra effort to get to the right address when Shopify automatically filled in another address that I used once.

Like the look and finish on the vents. My only complaint is that the baffle pivot extends slightly beyond the vent size making the fit extremely tight--too tight to be honest.

Somehow, after receiving my Hart pine vent cover. It was lost. I received a very quick reply back with the custom order. They gave me 10% off due to the situation. I would highly recommend them.

The cover was made correctly and works. Its very good quality, but very expensive for what it is.
